Prior to NJIT, I earned an associate's degree in computer science/engineering from Union College. I was recognized as a President's High Honor recipient and had a GPA of 3.952. Additionally, I participated in the American Honors program which is a prestigious program designed to assist students in pursuing bachelor's degrees from reputable universities.
My high academic standing was demonstrated even sooner, as I received honors from Union High School. I placed in the top 3% of my class, finishing at #16 out of 566 students with a Weighted GPA of 4.72.
I took an active part in extracurricular activities throughout my academic career, exhibiting a well-rounded approach to personal development. My involvement in a variety of clubs, including Robotics, Film, and STEM, demonstrated my leadership skills and wide range of interests. I also made valuable contributions to programs like ACE Mentoring and was a member of the National Honor Society, which further demonstrated my dedication to both community and academic pursuits.

From December 2019 to May 2023, I worked at Best Buy's Geek Squad, where I developed my skills as an Advanced Repair Agent stationed in Union, New Jersey. In my position, I had to use specialist software and troubleshooting procedures to diagnose a wide range of technological problems. I have successfully solved problems in the past, from fixing computer hardware to maintaining Samsung and iPhones, including virus removal and in-depth troubleshooting. I greatly shortened repair turnaround times by using effective communication, multitasking, and cooperation, which improved client satisfaction. Among other things, I was a key player in initiating Samsung Repairs and Services at my shop and managed training programs for staff members to guarantee they were prepared to service Samsung devices.
Before this, I worked as a Consultation Agent, using my excellent oral communication abilities to deliver clients knowledgeable technical solutions. Additionally, I made repair operations more efficient by helping clients set up their computers and carefully recording repair records.
